CHRISTINE HUNSAKER - Owner & President
Christine Hunsaker is the current owner and founder of Hunsaker Properties, LLC and most recently started Pink Dogwood Builders CO. LLC. Hunsaker Properties has a significant real estate portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Christine Hunsaker is an Atlanta resident and has called Atlanta home for 30 years.
Christine Hunsaker is a well-respected figure in business circles, and specifically in the funeral, cemetery and cremation industry and one of the nation’s leading cremationists. Christine enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs, boating, and enjoying life in North Georgia’s Blue Ridge Mountains and at her home in St. George, Utah.
RIGO LANDAVERDE - Co-Owner & Vice President of Building Operations
Dogwood Builders. Rigo is a talented home builder with an eye for exceptional craftmanship, creativity and unmatched vision. Rigo has been building his excellent reputation for over 18 years in home building, remodeling, expansion and construction. Rigo has built 100's of homes and worked on many others to make peoples dreams come true. Rigo worked as the crew chief for a prominent Blue Ridge builder for 15 years running two crews until he decided to go out on his own. He is the current owner of Deland Homes and Landaverde's spray foam insulation, where he has insulated over 300+ houses since late 2020.
Rigo is the father of 4 beautiful children and has called the north Georgia mountains home for over 24 years. He shares his life with his beautiful wife Maria, their children and two dogs. His favorite things to do in his spare time is to spend time with family and friends. His main hobby is to work on race cars and participate in car racing.
SLOAN JOHNSON - Director of Operations
Meet Sloan Johnson, Director of Operations for Pink Dogwood Builders. Born and raised in Tennessee, Sloan moved on to achieve his liberal arts Undergraduate Bachelor’s of Science Degree with a Double Major focus in Sociology and Communications from Union University. He built an exciting 23 year long career path in the wireless industry with BellSouth Mobility, Cingular Wireless HQ, and AT&T Mobility HQ in Atlanta, Georgia - progressively leading in the areas of Customer Service, Sales Leadership, Operations, Emerging Enterprises & Partnerships, and Home Automation & Security. Sloan is passionate about making sure the oil in his operations is well greased and flawlessly functions on sound processes - a result of getting to know clients, asking the right questions, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard, and efficiently and fiscally executing on priorities. Sloan is truly all things Operations at Pink Dogwood Builders and looks forward to meeting you, too.
LINDA GOBER - Director of Finance
Linda Gober is the owner and CEO of LDG Accounting Services in Suwanee, Georgia. Linda began her accounting business in October 2015 in a basement office. As a trusted business accounting firm, LDG Accounting services offers expert business accounting services from bookkeeping to consulting. As a seasoned professional, Linda gained experience working for a CPA firm and gained firsthand knowledge of accounting for small businesses. Linda has worked on the management side of accounting as well as the Controller for the PGA tour.
LDG Accounting Services is a leader in small business accounting and works with a variety of businesses while providing a broad spectrum of accounting services, Linda excels at seeing the big picture while managing the details of the day-to-day.
MICHAEL HARRIS - Property Manager
Michael Harris is the Property Manager for Pink Dogwood Builders Co, LLC. With over 40 years' experience in client care and retention, his expertise is providing high-caliber service to our clients. After working several years in the pet after care field, he decided it was time to make a change. He began his career with PDB in June 2023 and has proven to be a result-driven member of our team. His focus is delivering exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, residents and members of the general public. He is an avid traveler and animal lover and is the proud parent of 3 beautiful fur babies.
